Thursday, August 1 – Hospitality in the Grand Bay Suite (Spa Tower) opens and is available through the entire event.

Friday, August 2 – AMCOT Board Dinner at Sardine Factory Restaurant. (Co-op CEOs, chairs and spouses only.)

Saturday, August 3 – 8:00 am to noon – AMCOT Board of Directors meeting in the Robert Louis Stevenson Room. Beverages provided; breakfast on your own.

Explore and enjoy Monterey on your own. Check with co-op staff regarding practice golf round times and availability. The world-class Monterey Bay Aquarium is a short walk along historic Cannery Row and is well worth a visit.

7:00 pm – Welcome reception on the Upper Plaza of the Monterey Plaza Hotel (MPH) followed by dinner at 8:00 pm in the Cypress Ballroom, with special entertainment.

Sunday, August 4 – Traditional golf tournament at Bayonet and Black Horse Golf Club. Information on the course here: https://www.bayonetblackhorse.com/club/scripts/public/public.asp?NS=PUBLIC Tournament start at 8:30 am. Transportation provided from MPH. Continental breakfast and lunch included. Golfers will be transported in groups to and from the course.

6:00 pm – 10:00 pm: Offsite dinner and relaxation at the historic Perry House, near MPH. This wonderfully sprawling 1860 Victorian/Queen Anne home was built by a whaling captain in 1860 and lies in Monterey’s historic district a short walk from the MPH. Monday, August 5 – The AMCOT Business Conference, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Dolphins Ballroom. Continental breakfast provided, 7:00 am to meeting start. Lunch at the hotel from noon to 1:00 pm. Meeting resumes following the meal. The agenda is still being finalized but will be distributed as soon as possible. Breakout sessions in the afternoon between co-ops and agents, rotating between Dolphins, Big Sur Rooms 1, 2 and 3.

SPECIAL Guest & spouse event: a unique food and wine pairing and tasting at A Taste of Monterey, just a short walk from the hotel. Meet in the lobby at 11:40 a.m. More information here: http://www.atasteofmonterey.com/

6:00 pm – 7:00 pm – Farewell reception at the Promenade, followed by dinner in the Monterey Plaza’s Cypress Ballroom.

7:00 pm – 10:00 pm – Dinner and special entertainment.

Tuesday, August 6 – Attendees depart for home.
